You are responsible for ensuring your use is permitted under applicable laws. Use the website only for lawful purposes. The existing Image to ASCII tool on the homepage is the service entry point — this page governs use, it does not provide the tool.

3. Images and user-provided content

Ensure you have appropriate rights or permission to submit images. Do not submit content that violates law, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or enables harmful activity. We do not claim to review every upload or guarantee legality of user content. You retain your rights in what you submit, subject to the limited processing needed to operate the service.

4. Acceptable use

Lawful uses include personal projects, creative work, education, development experiments and ASCII-related exploration. Examples do not create a separate commercial licence.

5. Prohibited activities

• Unauthorised access or circumventing security
• Interfering with operation or overloading the service
• Introducing malicious code or abusive automation
• Unlawful, infringing or privacy-violating uses
• Misrepresenting the service or its output

6. Intellectual property

ImageASCII branding, design, text, graphics and software may be protected by applicable laws. Do not reproduce or exploit protected materials without authorisation except as permitted by law. User content and third-party content remain subject to their own rights.

7. Pricing, plans & payments

Calculation: $20 × 12 = $240; 30% of $240 = $72; $240 − $72 = $168/year. Displayed prices may change; payment steps, if any, are governed by terms shown during that process. We do not invent refund, renewal, tax or processor terms here. See pricing for the current plan page.

8. Third-party services and links

The site may depend on or link to third parties (hosting, analytics, email, external pages like /blog). Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control external sites — review their terms before using them.

9. Service availability & changes

We aim for a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service may be updated, modified, suspended or discontinued for operational reasons. No uptime percentage is promised.

10. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided subject to these Terms. We do not promise perfect accuracy, error-free results, specific conversion quality or suitability for every purpose. Review outputs before use. Nothing here is legal, copyright or licensing advice — seek a professional where needed.

11. Limitation of liability
